5Opt-In, Opt-Out & HELP Instructions

• Employees may opt-in to receiving SMS messages from Peak Systems, Inc. via Verbal Consent, obtained in the office or via phone. Peak Systems, Inc. attaches the transcript and recording of the SMS consent read to the employee. The disclosure read is: “Do you [Customer Name] consent to receiving SMS from Peak Systems, Inc. for notifications, updates, and reminders. Msg. Freq. Varies but there will not be more than 3-5 messages per day unless there is a notification event, Msg. & Data Rates may apply, Reply HELP for help. Reply Stop to Opt-Out. And no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes at any time.”
• Web Form: On our Contact Us page (https://peaksystemsinc.com/contact-us/), check the optional box stating: “By checking this box, you consent to receive SMS messages from Peak Systems, Inc. for notifications, updates, and reminders. Message frequency varies but will not exceed 3–5 messages per day unless a notification event occurs. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.”
• Text “STOP” to any message to unsubscribe immediately.
