Our History
1997
Phil Greenberg launches Peak Systems as the Technical Staffing division of The Peak Organization.
2000
Peak Systems becomes an independent operating company with Phil Greenberg as President and Julie Hill as Vice President.
2003
Peak Systems integrates managed services into its service suite.
2004
Peak Systems launches its custom project and resource tracking system.
2006
Geographic expansion brings Peak Systems services to all U.S. states and overseas territories.
2010
National Datacenter Support introduced as part of Peak Systems service expansion.

As part our ongoing commitment to giving back to the community, Peak Systems has partnered with Created, a faith-based organization that helps women break free from sex trafficking and find true meaning for their lives.
We provide IT employment assistance for women impacted by human trafficking through our Skyline Technology Center in Tampa, FL. The launch of this center included the purchase and installation of all technology equipment and furniture for 10 training stations.

As President and founder of Peak Systems, Inc., Phil is responsible for the overall success, positioning, and strategic direction of the company. Over the past 15 years, he has successfully transitioned Peak Systems from an IT staffing company to a full lifecycle IT services organization supporting leading companies in financial, technology, and publishing industries across North America. His primary objective is to improve client services and deliver value on every project. Before embarking on his professional career, Phil obtained a BA in Business Management from Northeastern University.
Julie Hill

Julie joined Peak Systems, Inc., in 1998 after attending Texas A&M University. Her role includes enhancing the delivery capabilities and customer experience with a mix of proven, cutting-edge methodologies and related toolsets. Julie’s experience and success managing large-scale programs brings valuable expertise to the team. Julie has previously been featured in VARBusiness magazine and also co-hosted CRN’s Talent Search radio program.
